Volleyball

We have been lucky enough to go to some of Heather's volleyball games. She is playing so well and despite peoples slight shock when she became an outside hitter, she is proving to everyone she can hit the ball hard.... and in court. Jacob loves to go to the games and play with wayward volleyballs.

A Day at the Park

Dan had the day off, so we went to the park! It was Jacob's first experience on a swing and as you can tell he hasn't made his mind up if he likes it or not. He had more fun on the slide. I just love this weather, not blazing hot or freezing. Too bad Utah's climate doesn't have a more fall weather.

Saturday Football

BYU won! Yay! We got to go over to Kayla and Jimmy's house and have a little football party. Jacob had fun terrorising their apartment and playing with random Tupperware while we watched the eventful game between BYU and Washington.

Jacob also got a hair cut. Now he does not have the Alfalfa look ( Little Rascals ). Thanks to Kayla and her amazing work with the scissors, he has a well manicured hair cut. My little stud!

Family Update

Daniel and I got to go to the Boys II Men concert a few nights ago for his birthday, which was crazy fun. They have got to be one of my favorite groups, I was just a little sad their bass was not there. Jacob is walking a lot more now! But more importantly, he has learned to become a graceful faller. Which I am glad about because it means less goose eggs and scrapes. Here is a small video of him learning to walk.

Jacob has a new little cousin! Steve and Amanda had a beautiful little girl this week. Lily is the cutest girl ever and we wish her and the family the best.
